David’s mission was clear from birth, his last name translated in Choctaw meaning, “listens before the death”. A born storyteller, David is more than a lecturer, his stories will entertain you and make you think, leaving you wanting more.

My name is Sandra Ealy, I've been in the senior living industry for 15 years and I absolutely love it! I'm passionate about helping others and I'm always looking for ways to expand my knowledge. I graduated from California Polytechnic State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration. I’m a Certified Dementia Practitioner and hold a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification. Throughout my career I have been able to enhance my interpersonal communication style and relationship building to gain a depth of appreciation for the knowledge of how to serve the senior population. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. I'm currently the Sales and Marketing Director at Vista Harden Ranch Assisted Living and Memory Care. When I am not helping others, you can find me enjoying time with family, traveling and crafting. I reside with my husband of 10 years, Jay, Together we have three amazing sons, Evan, Parker, & James and our pets Brewtus “cat”, Bruno and Astro (dogs). I am so happy to be a part of this.
